First time scheduling an appointment with Dr Campano, for an ear cleaning. When going in I knew I had a co payment. What I didn’t know is that the lady at the front desk said that there would be an additional 100$ fee for any future statement if any, Like WTH this is very suspicious , as I pressed on for more info she states that it’s for our professionals. In my head I was like “ No I’m not paying for your professionals lunch today “ lol. No mention of this when I first called so I walked out and went to get my daughter & I lunch while I looked another professional. From the looks of other comments this is not how one does business and much less builds trust.

Horrible, and dismissive now my daughter has to get surgery again because this BUTCHER made a HOLE AND TEAR IN HER SEPTUM AND HER NOSE ITS COLLAPSING ....And apparently it's not the first patient SHE HAS PERFORATED A SEPTUM THEN DR TRY TO BLAME IT AS DRUG USE .....SHAMEFUL!! NO PICTURES OF BEFORE AND AFTER SHOULD BE A RED FLAG!
