I took my mother to her appointment this morning. She is an older lady- not easy to be transporting her for her Dr. appointments; as soon as we got there on time the receptionist said that the Dr won't be there until sometime next week, no calls ahead to let us know about it. I do understand sometimes may be some last minute contingencies; but, frankly I am disappointed for their total lack of professionalism; and, care of their patients.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my mom and I to go in and get a consult for Cool sculpting. We show up the day of and the receptionist says sorry your apt was canceled yesterday. They called you and told both of you. Neither of us got a call. no voice-mail, nothing. Then she said oh and by the now you can only schedule for Tuesdays and Thursdays... Really??? Why are we just getting this information now?? and we can't schedule right now we have to wait to get called for a new Tuesday or Thursday appointment. We were so excited to do this and now we are completely frustrated and irritated.

I cannot speak for her plastic surgery, but I can speak for her ENT "skills". 5 years ago my mom went to Dr. Campano after having issues with Vertigo for a few months. Dr. Campano said that her "crystals" in her ears were messed up so she gave her some "exercises" to do that would help them go back into place. After a few weeks of it not helping we decided to go across the street to Dr. Jackson. He immediately ordered an MRI. We saw him on a Tuesday, got an MRI by a Thursday, and were called on Friday to tell her that she needed to see a Neurosurgeon. Come to find out that next Monday she had a tumor on her brain stem and she was in surgery by that Thursday. We found out it was CNS non-hodgkin's lymphoma and had she not gotten the surgery and started chemo short after she would have died. So if you need an ENT don't go here. Even if she may be covered on your insurance, go across the street to Dr. Jackson because your life may depend on it.

Doc was right on time. Asked plenty of questions and extremely knowledgeable as usual.

I live in Santa Clarita and drive to Palmdale to see Dr. Campano. She is the BEST ENT Dr. I have ever had!! I can’t recommend her enough. Her staff is very helpful and I always look forward to seeing Dr. Campano. I have recommended people to her and everyone thinks she’s wonderful. My wife has passed away... but she used a lot of Dr. Campano’s services and was extremely happy. A++
