I am a new patient, have only seen doctor once. Doctor Campano seems nice and attentive but her office staff kills it. I have had two different girls one claiming she was the office manager and both are rude and incompentent. I was giving imaging orders that were incomplete no patient birthday, no doctor demographics, no source for testing etc. I asked if they can complete form because lab would question. They did not and took another week for them to clarify. I requested a copy of consultation notes or report for my primary. This was requested twice and was told two different things, one that it would take another two weeks plus a fee for one page. Both girls i spoke to are rude, dont care to listen. I am a supervisor for a well known hospital/Lab. I was trying to be helpful. I understand how we as patients can get but also see how front facing patient employees can be when they just dont like to provide services. If my employees are not sympathetic or patient friendly they get retrained in patient etiquette or let go. Doctor Campano please retrain your staff. They are on the front line, killing your long term patient care.
